Meet Dr. Mike DeCubellis, DC, FPSC
Dr. Mike DeCubellis has been practicing in Downers Grove for over a decade, with 17 years in practice overall. His focus is spinal rehabilitation, complex and chronic injuries, and ligament instability.
Before your visit
- Wear comfortable clothing you can move in
- Arrive 10 minutes early, intake paperwork is completed in the clinic
- Bring a photo ID and your insurance card if you have one
- Bring any imaging or medical reports you already have
- Bring a list of your current concerns or questions
- We're at 6800 Main St, Suite 16, in the Grove dental building across from McCollum Park. Take the elevator down to the lower level and our glass doors are on the right.
